Important Information for Elk Ridge on the Lake Homeowners!
The HOA informational meeting (open to all residents) will be held on Thursday, April 23 at 6:30 PM.
The location of the meeting is St. Patrick’s Catholic School. 20500 W. Maple Rd. in Elkhorn.
Nominations for the upcoming HOA board election will now be accepted through August 15, 2026. We continue to ask that residents interested in running in the election submit their name, address, email, qualifications and interest in being on the board to:

The election will to be held at the annual meeting on September 15, 2026, at 6:30 PM. Nominations can be made from the floor that evening per bylaws. There will be a 4-member board of directors elected that evening per bylaws. This will not be a mail in ballot, but a provision for proxy ballots is available per bylaws. The bylaws are accessible to all residents on the website for our neighborhood: elkridgeonthelake.com.

As of 2021, the Elk Ridge on the Lake neighborhood HOA is staffed 100% by the people who live here.
