The Elk Ridge Homeowners Association will hold a neighborhood meeting and election for new HOA board members on September 15, 2026. This meeting and election will be held at GraceHill Church beginning at 6:30pm.

Anyone with interest in joining the HOA board should submit their name, home address and a short bio to Ruth Nekonchuk at rschulze@cox.net. The deadline to submit your name is August 15th. However, a person may submit their name and take part in the election on the night of the election, per HOA bylaws. A current list of the neighborhood individuals running for board positions can be found right HERE.

There will be a 4-member board of directors elected that evening per bylaws. This will not be a mail in ballot, but a provision for proxy ballots is available per bylaws.
