A few things…

Hi there neighbor! Here are a few things of note about the neighborhood:

On September 15th at 6:30pm, the Elk Ridge on the Lake HOA will be holding a neighborhood meeting and election for new HOA board members. ALL the current info can be found on the website at https://www.elkridgeonthelake.com/. PLEASE consider taking part in the election that night, whether it be simply casting your vote or running for a seat on the board!

In other news, we have been alerted that NL&L Concrete will be around the hood doing a “paving maintenance project” starting possibly as soon as today. An alternate path in or out of the neighborhood may arise, as we’ve dealt with in the past, but hopefully the project will be finished quickly. I will attempt to notify everyone of anything extraordinary, should it happen.

And one last thing, the Elk Ridge Village Independent Living Clubhouse is having its Grand Re-Opening Celebration on September 17 from 4pm to 7pm. Everyone is invited to come check out their new renovations and enjoy hors d'oeuvres, refreshments, tours of their newly renovated spaces, and the opportunity to meet their team and learn more about the community there.
